4. Cookies and analytics
No analytics cookie is set before you explicitly consent. The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline, and declining is as easy as accepting. You may change your choice at any time using the "🍪 Cookies" button at the bottom of every page.
Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function — remembering your consent choice, for example — are set without consent, as the law permits.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only with the providers needed to operate the site (hosting, analytics), and only to the extent required. No information is ever shared with other breeders.
6. Hosting and place of processing
This site is hosted on a server located in Canada. Should a provider need to process your information outside Quebec, we would first carry out the privacy impact assessment required by Law 25.
7. Your rights
- Access — obtain a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting a request in progress.
- Deletion — request deletion of information whose purpose has been fulfilled.
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
- Complaint — file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information if our response does not satisfy you.
We respond to any request within a maximum of 30 days.
8. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to submitted requests is limited to the two people who run the kennel. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we would notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
9. Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a revised update date.
